Job Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive financial models that include transaction data, financial statement evaluation, forecasts, ratio assessments, and credit metrics.
- Perform in-depth analysis of loan proposals across multiple industries and regions.
- Execute sensitivity analyses to assess the impact of various scenarios and evaluate loan serviceability under stress conditions.
- Identify and monitor key deal covenants that may serve as early indicators of potential risks.
- Prepare concise and insightful credit reports summarizing findings, ensuring clarity for review by credit and risk teams.
- Conduct detailed industry and market research to evaluate the borrower’s operational environment.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve data inconsistencies, clarify analytical frameworks, and address information gaps.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing structured and well-articulated credit reports.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with a solid understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with Debt Directors, clients, and stakeholders in the UK and/or US.
- Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and creative, with a results-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
- CA or MBA fresh graduates, or candidates currently pursuing final CA examinations, are preferred.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to grasp the broader business perspective.
