Job Duties and Responsibilities
As an Associate Technical Support Engineer, you will serve as the first point of contact for enterprise customers seeking assistance with Okta’s solutions. In this role, you will represent the customer’s voice, ensuring prompt technical guidance and support within defined SLAs.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical concerns through phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver clear, timely, and professional updates to customers regarding the progress of their cases.
- Knowledge Contribution: Document solutions and share insights to strengthen both internal knowledge resources and customer self-service options.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with senior engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders to escalate and resolve advanced technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
