As a Technical Solution Analyst, you will be responsible for investigating front-end applications, capturing data, using troubleshooting tools, assisting end users, and testing workflows both internally and externally. Your role will also involve backend tasks such as gathering log files, querying databases, updating database fields, and managing server cycles. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and team members. You will document notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation process, prioritizing tasks based on their severity. Collaboration within and across teams is crucial to ensure issues are addressed by the appropriate personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

- Proficiency in SQL.
