Job Qualifications:
- Seeking leaders with strong academic backgrounds in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Applied Science, or similar quantitative disciplines (BS, MS, or PhD).
- Demonstrated experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, or econometrics through internships or academic projects.
- Having a personal Git repository and experience in Kaggle or similar data analytics competitions is advantageous.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and other programming or scripting languages for problem-solving in real-world scenarios.
- Familiarity with big data environments and tools like Spark is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with diverse teams across various backgrounds and expertise.
- Involvement in leadership roles in extracurricular activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, applicable to business processes, with a proactive attitude.
