Responsibilities
- Assist in managing program requirements, including developing training and awareness plans, monitoring effectiveness, and ensuring smooth implementation.
- Support the execution of training escalation protocols to maintain consistency.
- Contribute to the daily operations of the organization-wide training program, including course assignments, generating training reports, and resolving issues.
- Verify target audience data for compliance training and address any discrepancies.
- Assist in creating accurate and insightful dashboards and reports for leadership and global stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams such as Global, Compliance, and HR to drive the program’s agenda forward.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and communication teams to enhance awareness campaigns.
- Aid in reviewing HR screening processes and conducting due diligence in line with established procedures.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with a strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and data accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and provide actionable insights.
- Effective time-management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a group-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to build cross-functional relationships.
- Open to fresh graduates or professionals with 0–1 year of experience in training, data analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and administration is an added advantage.
