Job Requirements for Corporate Finance & Investment Banking Team:

1. Essential Candidate Traits:
   • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
   • Capacity to collaborate effectively within teams and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
   • Adaptability to work efficiently under pressure.
   • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
   • Experience working in diverse and multicultural environments.
   • Keen attention to detail and a high level of precision.
2. Key Responsibilities:
   • Exposure to the complete M&A or Private Equity (PE) deal lifecycle, ranging from industry analysis and pitching (Deal Origination) to creating financial models, business plans, Investment Memorandums (IM), term sheets, and transaction documents (Deal Execution).
   • Integral participation in investment banking operations, involving private equity, venture capital, debt fundraising, and merger & acquisition activities.
   • Development and review of financial models conforming to international standards.
   • Conducting business valuations and investment analyses.
   • Research and analysis for preparing pitches, investment memorandums, and research reports.
   • Involvement throughout the deal-making process, from pitching to finalizing financial models, business plans, IM, term sheet, and transaction documentation.
3. Skill Requirements:
   • Mandatory: Fundamental knowledge of investment banking practices.
   • Preferred: Familiarity with investment banking operations.
   • Experience: 0-1 year of relevant experience.
   • Qualifications: Pursuing graduation/post-graduation.
