Job Overview

Ramboll India Hyderabad is seeking an exceptional and versatile IT Software Support Specialist to join our team. The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing initial support to our valued customers. This role entails conducting thorough diagnostic evaluations of customer needs and consistently exercising sound judgment and timeliness in addressing and resolving each issue or complaint to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with customers via email and phone, serving as the first point of contact for customer support.

• Provide comprehensive product training and share expertise with all customers.

• Monitor the Service Desk for assigned tickets and prioritize them based on the first-in, first-out principle.

• Create and maintain documentation for internal procedures.

• When necessary, escalate cases to the Support Manager for further assistance.

Qualifications Skills / Qualifications Preferred: Final year of a technical IT or Electronics degree.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, for delivering top-notch customer support via phone and email.

• Proficient in the fundamental operations of relevant software and hardware.

• Take ownership of troubleshooting and follow through to resolve problems effectively.

• Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite.

• Additional advantage: Knowledge of SQL and SDLC.
