Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing Razorpay clients utilizing Capital products such as loans, cash advances, and early settlements.
- Cross-sell capital products and facilitate the smooth transition of customers between different products or partners.
- Clearly communicate product features to clients, understand their requirements via phone or email, and propose appropriate solutions using Razorpay’s capital products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to establish, nurture, and predict a robust sales pipeline.
- Ensure a seamless client experience with capital products, managing customer inquiries and negotiations.
- Exhibit negotiation skills with clients regarding lending parameters like PF, ROI, and tenure.
- Efficiently utilize sales tools to maximize productivity and engage with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while aligning with team and organizational objectives.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Fundamental understanding of the lending ecosystem, including lending terms and products such as loans and overdrafts.
- 0-1 years of sales experience; familiarity with the payment industry is advantageous.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated track record in customer-facing roles.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients.
- Diligent and dedicated work ethic.
- Proficiency in basic sales tools.
