- Ensure swift resolution of Merchant queries, maintaining accurate ticket categorization.

- Adhere to communication procedures and guidelines.
- Demonstrate a commitment to go above and beyond to ensure customer happiness.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s Degree.
