We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team and contribute significantly to Revolut’s progress.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with various Customer Support departments, supporting analysts, and their Line Managers.

Your responsibilities will include mastering multiple workflows, acquiring new skills, and advancing your professional development.

Responsibilities

Execute monthly Quality Assurance (QA) activities, focusing on identifying both successes and shortcomings in the work conducted by Quality Control.

Report any identified issues to the Quality Assurance Team Lead/Quality Assurance Head.

Offer feedback to Quality Control analysts and conduct root-cause analyses to address potential discrepancies.

Support Quality Control in meeting deliverables through knowledge sharing initiatives.

Conduct quality refresher sessions for individuals experiencing difficulties with performance.

Participate in risk-oriented reviews to identify issues and actively facilitate their resolution.

Provide coaching to new team members to familiarize them with procedures across the Support department.

Collaborate with teams in various locations. Requirements Proficiency in English. Prior experience in Quality Support.

Demonstrated track record of receiving positive evaluations. Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.

Practical knowledge of Google Sheets, Forms, and Slides.
