Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create, implement, and update comprehensive test plans and processes to ensure thorough testing of system features and software functionalities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of system features, software features, firmware features, hardware features, and overall functionality to develop new testing methods and automated workflows.
- Establish and maintain test farms/systems at both the system and software levels to support customer applications and use cases.
- Continuously learn and enhance technological skills to effectively apply them in product and test development.
- Collaborate with various teams within Rockwell Automation across different business units.
- Estimate, plan, develop, and execute tests for product releases at both the system and software functional levels.
- Participate in the anomaly triage process to identify and prioritize customer-reported issues, providing subject matter expertise in problem-solving and root cause analysis.
