Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and implementing change management initiatives involving new systems, updated policies, or process enhancements.

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in organizational development, cultural change, or change management within industrial settings.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment, including occasional shop floor presence.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Kotter’s model, ADKAR) is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of MS Teams, Power BI, or survey tools considered an asset.

About the Role
We are looking for Onsite Engineers to support our airport IT operations team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning, reliability, and compliance of essential airport systems used for passenger handling and baggage management.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance for critical airport IT systems, such as:
- CUPPS (Common Use Passenger Processing Systems)
- BRS (Baggage Reconciliation Systems)
- CUSS (Common Use Self Service)
- Monitor IT infrastructure components, including servers, network devices, LAN/WAN connections, and system performance dashboards.
- Detect, analyze, and resolve system faults and incidents in real time.
- Carry out application upgrades, configuration changes, and scheduled maintenance to maintain system efficiency.
- Maintain detailed documentation of hardware and software assets, update system logs, and perform routine checks using the core room checklist.
- Collaborate with the Shift-in-Charge and Site Manager to meet operational and service-level requirements.
- Senior engineers will be responsible for leading shifts and guiding junior engineers to ensure service quality.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA, or MSc (Electronics/Computer Science)
OR - Diploma in Electronics or Computer Hardware with 2–5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in airport or airline systems
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of CUPPS, BRS, and CUSS systems
- Proficiency in network administration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of server and hardware maintenance
- Experience using network monitoring tools, system health utilities, and diagnostic software
Preferred Certifications:
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
- ITIL Foundation
- MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate)
