Job Description

Role Description:

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Familiarity with Storage Domain, RAID, and Cloud Systems.
• Comprehension of the MS certification process.
• Development of test cases for MS certification.
• Understanding of storage systems functionality.
• Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting.
• Report generation skills.
• Collaboration with teams to ensure seamless integration across the system.
• Assistance in maintaining the engineering laboratory and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in OS installation procedures.
• Familiarity with SAS and SATA drives.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.
• Knowledge of firmware downloading for SAS and SATA drives.
• Basic understanding of networking.
• Knowledge of RAID configurations.
• Self-motivation and initiative.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Aptitude for quickly grasping new tools and technologies.

Experience:

• Experience in computer hardware, OS, and software installation.
• Basic programming skills.
• Familiarity with Jira.
