SmallCase Frontend Internship Program – 2026
As part of our frontend team, you will play a key role in shaping the next wave of investment products designed for millennials. We value curiosity, a passion for learning, and the drive to enhance both new and existing solutions.
We are seeking undergraduate students, preferably in their 3rd or 4th year, with hands-on experience in web development who can help us craft an engaging and seamless investing experience for our users.
What We Expect
- Students graduating in 2026
- Ability to clearly explain differences between React and Vue
- Strong sense of writing clean, effective CSS
- Awareness of current frontend trends and willingness to experiment with emerging tools and technologies
- Readiness to dive into backend code when needed
- Appreciation for well-crafted design and attention to detail
- Portfolio of web projects hosted publicly
- Interest in exploring source code, libraries, or modules
- Active presence on GitHub, CodePen, or similar platforms
- Eagerness to learn and adapt (we don’t expect mastery of everything from day one)
Required Skills
- Strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Experience with React/Redux
- Familiarity with Angular or Vue (with solid JavaScript fundamentals, learning new frameworks should come naturally)
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and their fixes
- Knowledge of responsive design techniques (Flexbox, CSS Grid)
- Proficiency with modern JavaScript (ES6/7/8)
- Ability to work with events, including bubbling, capturing, and delegation
