Job Description
S&P Global is currently recruiting for the position of Lead Cloud Engineer.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage blueprints, templates, and configurations within automated provisioning platforms.
- Design and implement automation workflows to enhance infrastructure automation.
- Construct and oversee OS Image Build pipelines across AWS, Azure, VMC, and On-prem.
- Create and maintain scripts using Puppet, Ansible, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Establish development guidelines, build CI/CD pipelines, and oversee the codebase.
- Collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure teams and business divisions to identify automation opportunities and devise tailored solutions aligning with business requirements.
- Resolve issues related to automation workflows, scripts, and cloud infrastructure through troubleshooting.
- Continuously assess and enhance automation solutions to optimize performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in technology/information management, engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrate experience in developing highly fault-tolerant systems.
- Exhibit a functional understanding of the DevSecOps model.
