Sportskeeda Off Campus Hiring 2024 – SEO Intern
This is a remote position.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to implement both on-page and off-page strategies, such as acquiring brand mentions, contacting publishers, and optimizing on-page elements.
- Engage in outreach activities to support off-page SEO campaigns aimed at improving brand awareness, boosting authority, and signaling relevance to search engines.
- Be eager to solve problems, explore new tasks, and continuously learn.
- Proficient in either Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to work with pivot tables, filters, and VLOOKUP.
- Support the SEO team with daily and weekly analysis for various sports, including tasks like sourcing, cleaning, and performing high-level data analysis. Tools: MS Excel, Google Sheets.
- Take ownership and accountability for assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Conduct competitive research across multiple sports categories.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of website functionality and HTML.
- Familiarity with sports like MLB and MMA/Boxing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Competence in using Microsoft Office.
