As a member of the Sprinklr Technical Support team, you will directly engage with our clients to effectively resolve their support-related concerns. This position necessitates the participation in an on-call rotation, providing support 24/7 throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

● Diagnose and troubleshoot various issues, ensuring timely and efficient resolution for customers.

● Guarantee high-quality issue resolution to prevent customer escalations and the need for issue ticket reopening.

● Escalate critical matters to cross-functional teams for swift and effective solutions, collaborating with the product development unit to address software bugs.

● Cultivate an in-depth understanding of specific products, taking ownership of this knowledge.

● Keep internal knowledge reference pages up-to-date.

● Holds a degree from a distinguished Tier-1 Engineering College.
