What will you do:

• Oversee end-to-end testing of the data pipeline and platform setup while establishing and implementing best practices.

• Develop the necessary automation library and framework as required and create automation tests.

• Ensure the platform’s health by implementing appropriate checks and balances.

• Take responsibility for leading meetings, driving new initiatives, and fostering innovation.

• Participate in day-to-day QA tasks.

• Conduct research on emerging test/validation technologies and methodologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of SDET and Senior SDET, depending on the role assigned.

• Promote and drive initiatives that encourage innovation and technical excellence.

• Continuously seek ways to enhance software development and testing processes.

What makes you qualified?

• Possess a B.E/B.Tech degree from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.

• Experience in testing SaaS products with a clear understanding of architecture and design across all systems.

• Familiarity with databases, including MySQL and MongoDB, is highly advantageous.

• Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and strong object-oriented design and coding skills.

• Knowledge of Performance testing and related tools, such as JMeter or Gatling, is preferred.

• Familiarity with Test Cycle Management tools like JIRA or equivalent.

• Expertise in test strategy formulation, encompassing decomposing business and technical requirements into test case scenarios, defining test data requirements, managing test case creation, devising contingency plans, and other preparatory activities.

• Experience in testing Micro-services hosted platforms.

• Understanding of Kafka, GraphQL, and Redis concepts.

• Exposure to various development and testing tools, including Git, Jenkins, and Bitbucket.
