Title: Product Support Engineer
Experience Required: 0-2 years
Required Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a related field
Note: Shift Timings – must be comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational shift
Job Description:
As a Product Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Investigating and resolving product and technical issues faced by clients.
- Developing comprehensive product expertise to offer solutions for various product-related challenges.
- Taking ownership of technical problems, comprehending customer requirements and workflows, and engaging in escalation processes to address more advanced issues.
Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of MySQL; familiarity with MongoDB is advantageous.
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience in software/support and services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
