Title: Product Support Engineer

Experience Required: 0-2 years

Required Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a related field

Note: Shift Timings – must be comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational shift

As a Product Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Investigating and resolving product and technical issues faced by clients.
  • Developing comprehensive product expertise to offer solutions for various product-related challenges.
  • Taking ownership of technical problems, comprehending customer requirements and workflows, and engaging in escalation processes to address more advanced issues.

Required Skills:
