Responsibilities:
As an Associate 1, you will:
- Provide frontline technical support within a global team, ensuring exceptional customer service for CRD’s SaaS Operations clients in non-production environments.
- Collaborate with clients, internal Charles River teams, and CRD vendors to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client-reported issues or those identified by CRD’s automation tools.
- Adhere to departmental procedures to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery to Charles River’s global SaaS Operations clients.
- Escalate and monitor issues that extend beyond the frontline support scope.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in all internal SaaS Operations tracking systems and documentation.
- Offer periodic off-hours support as required.

- Ability to handle assigned duties efficiently.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also being an effective team member.
