Key Responsibilities

  • Provide constructive feedback during code reviews and on technical designs.
  • Maintain and enhance the scalability and performance of the systems your team manages, ensuring they continue to meet user needs.
  • Develop the capability to manage projects from start to finish, acquiring skills in project management and technical leadership.

Basic Qualifications

  • Prior experience, either through internships or collaborative projects, working on coding tasks with multiple team members.
  • The ability to quickly grasp new systems, using independent research and guidance from mentors or experts.

Preferred Qualifications

Comfort navigating and contributing to large codebases.

Expertise in one or more specialized areas, with a broad understanding of general technologies, such as familiarity with frontend frameworks and the basics of HTTP request handling.

Experience in conducting code reviews and a solid understanding of how to safely deploy changes to production environments.
