Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software solutions that will be deployed in production, making a significant contribution to the company.
- Engage in technical discussions, offering and receiving constructive feedback through code reviews and design consultations.
- Work closely with other engineers and cross-functional teams to actively seek and integrate feedback.
- Quickly acquire new knowledge by asking insightful questions, collaborating effectively with your mentor and team, and providing clear updates on your progress.

Essential Qualifications:
- A solid foundation in computer science, supported by a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
- Some practical experience with programming, whether through academic projects or personal initiatives. Our primary languages include Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, and Go, but we value strong fundamentals that enable learning new languages quickly.
- Experience from previous internships or collaborative projects, such as open-source contributions, demonstrating the ability to provide and receive feedback from mentors, peers, and stakeholders.
- The capability to learn new systems independently and develop a deep understanding of them, through self-study and collaboration with mentors and experts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong written communication skills to clearly explain your work to stakeholders, teammates, and other collaborators.
At least two years of university education or equivalent professional experience.
Specialized knowledge in one or more areas, combined with a broad understanding of general technical skills, such as familiarity with frontend technologies and a basic understanding of how a service processes an HTTP request.
Experience in creating high-quality pull requests with good test coverage and the ability to complete projects with minimal defects.
Proficiency in navigating and managing tasks within unfamiliar codebases, working with multiple programming languages.
