Position: Associate Salesforce Developer

Role: As an Associate Salesforce Developer, your primary responsibility is to create a seamless digital experience that resonates with users. You will contribute to expanding our internal systems ecosystem to support this objective. Your work will be guided by a profound understanding of our internal processes, insights from digital innovation, and close collaboration with various stakeholders.
Preferred Skills: The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Implementation of 1-3 sales-oriented applications in Salesforce Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, and Community Cloud.
- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) in Salesforce.
- Expertise in web service integration between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP).
- Proficiency in Salesforce Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) configuration, customization (Apex-based), and automation.
- Knowledge or prior experience with DevOps tools such as BitBucket, SourceTree, Ant Migration Tools, and Jenkins.
- Desirable: Experience in Salesforce Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), LWC, and Aura component development in Salesforce, as well as building Apex-based BATCH implementations, and knowledge of JavaScript.
Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include:
- Configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform.
- Collaboration with multiple stakeholders, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving to analyze options and determine optimal solutions.
- Adherence to development methodologies, particularly agile development.
- Application of analytical skills for developing or leveraging reporting tools to measure performance.
- Design, operation, and integration of Salesforce systems to enhance efficiencies in key business areas.
- Provision of consulting and coaching on best practices in Salesforce administration and implementation to improve user experience.
- Working on Salesforce automation to streamline processes.
- Identification of project issues/risks and presentation of alternatives for resolution.
Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Engineering degree/MCA or equivalent from a reputed institute.
- 0-3 years of experience working with digital products, preferably in internal automation within an organization.
- Ability to manage and execute large-scale change programs with transformative impacts on both business and technical requirements.
