Sutherland is recruiting for an International Non-Voice Process position through a walk-in event from October 1st to October 6th.
Job Title: Non-Tech Support Executive
Requirements:
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers
Key Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Fresh graduates and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work 24/7 shifts with rotational week-offs (5 days a week).
- Two-way cab transportation is provided during night shifts, limited to a 25km radius from the office.
- Candidates comfortable with working from the office are invited to apply.
- Immediate joining is required.
Job Description: The International Non-Voice Process entails managing customer calls from various countries, including the U.S. and Dubai. Responsibilities may involve providing product and service support or technical assistance to resolve customer issues.
