Role Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven graduates to join our engineering team as Associate Software Development Engineers. In this role, you will work closely with seasoned developers to help build, enhance, and deploy modern backend platforms. This position offers hands-on exposure to backend technologies such as Java, Go, Elasticache, Elasticsearch, Kafka, SQS, DynamoDB, and other emerging tools used in large-scale systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to develop and support scalable backend services.
• Design and implement clean, efficient, and well-structured code using Java and Go.
• Leverage backend technologies including Elasticache, Elasticsearch, Kafka, SQS, DynamoDB, and related tools to deliver reliable solutions.
• Participate in peer code reviews to maintain coding standards and improve overall quality.
• Assist in system design and architectural discussions for new features and enhancements.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues, with a focus on performance optimization and scalability.

Desired Qualifications

• B.Tech graduates from the 2024 or 2025 batch in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Go programming languages.
• Understanding of backend development fundamentals and system design concepts.
• Basic knowledge of databases and data modeling techniques.
• Willingness to learn and apply modern technologies such as Elasticache, Elasticsearch, Kafka, SQS, and DynamoDB.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
