Tata Consultancy Services invites Management postgraduates from select specializations to participate in its MBA hiring program for the 2026 batch. This initiative offers an excellent platform for aspiring professionals to start a successful management career with one of the world’s leading IT services organizations. Selected candidates will work with innovative business teams and contribute to large-scale digital and business transformation initiatives.
This opportunity is open to students graduating in 2026 who meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.

Candidates must be pursuing a 2-year full-time MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDM program from a recognized university or institution, specializing in:
- Marketing
- Finance
- Operations

- Business Analytics
- Project Management
- or other related disciplines
Application Process – TCS MBA Hiring 2026
Step 1: Log in to the TCS NextStep Portal.
Step 2: Complete registration and apply for the hiring drive.
- Scenario A: Existing users registered under the “IT” category can log in using their TCS Reference ID (CT/DT number), complete the application form, and select “Apply for Drive.”
- Scenario B: New applicants must register on the portal, choose the “IT” category, fill in the required details, submit the form, and then click “Apply for Drive.”
Step 3: Select the In-Centre test option, choose your preferred test location, and confirm your application.
Step 4: Track your application status through the portal. The status should display “Applied for Drive.”
Important Information
- The assessment will be conducted in-centre, and test centres will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Candidates must present original academic documents during the interview stage, if shortlisted.
- All test-related communication will be shared by TCS iON, the official test partner.
- TCS does not send recruitment-related emails from personal or unofficial email IDs.
- No fees are charged at any stage of the hiring process.
- TCS does not authorize any third-party agencies to conduct interviews or issue job offers.
- Eligibility criteria will be verified at multiple stages. Any discrepancy or misrepresentation may result in disqualification.
Test Eligibility Criteria
Academic Performance
Applicants must have secured a minimum of 60% or equivalent CGPA across:
- Class 10
- Class 12
- Diploma (if applicable)
- Graduation
- Post-graduation
Educational Qualification
Candidates pursuing full-time MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDM programs in the specified specializations from the 2026 graduating batch are eligible.
Graduation
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized institution is acceptable.
Backlogs
Candidates with up to one active backlog may apply. However, all backlogs must be cleared before joining TCS, if selected. Courses must be completed within the prescribed duration.
Education Gap
Any academic break must be declared. The total gap across education should not exceed 24 months, and valid supporting documents will be required.
Course Mode
Only full-time programs are considered. Part-time or correspondence courses are not eligible.
Open Schooling
Applicants who completed Class 10 and/or 12 through NIOS are eligible, provided graduation and post-graduation were completed through full-time courses.
Work Experience
Candidates with 0–2 years of work experience are eligible. All experience (part-time or full-time) must be disclosed in the application and supported with documentation during selection or after joining.
