Job Criteria:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer usage and a good typing speed.
- Candidates with no prior experience or with more than six months of experience in BPO voice processes will be considered.
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 environment, including night shifts.
