Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with companies based on potential career paths for skill academy students.
- Enhance and tailor resumes/profiles of students to align with industry guidelines and requirements.
- Collaborate with the program team to facilitate interviews/mock interviews for qualified students.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, Corporate Relations, or Training and Placement is highly desirable.
- Possess excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate a passion for making an impact on online learning, contributing to the evolution of education in India.
- Embrace a proactive “get things done” attitude.
