A Java Trainee is an individual who actively participates in projects and delivers them, either remotely or onsite. The consultant focuses on developing objects and coordinates with a remote development team. Additionally, the trainee will liaise with the Project Manager to track and implement projects.
Responsibilities
- Understand the organization’s values and vision and align activities accordingly.
- Protect the Intellectual Property.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other line functions to collect or provide relevant data.
- Ability to establish development guidelines and methodologies.
- Support the onsite consulting team of experts in all relevant aspects of development work and coordination with remote development teams.
- Perform technical activities beyond coding.
- Build trust and act as a trusted adviser to the customer.
- Manage customer expectations and prevent escalations.
- Ability to comprehend and determine appropriate actions.
- Participate in practice initiatives, demonstrating innovation, sharing knowledge, and enhancing reusability.
Essential Skills Job:
- Excellent coding and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Strong analytical skills are a must.
- Excellent knowledge or working experience in Java, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Servlets, JSP, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Excellent knowledge of RDBMS systems: SQL Server, MySQL.
- Knowledge of EJB/Spring/ORM framework will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Rest/SOAP web services will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Hybrid Mobile App development with JavaScript frameworks like Angular/React [optional/added advantage].
- Proficiency in customer relationship management is essential.
- Excellent communication skills are crucial.
