As a Quality Control Specialist, you will actively participate in training and process documentation under the guidance of Subject Matter Experts. Your responsibilities will include providing input for various reports, effectively prioritizing work, and understanding the impact of your daily tasks on customers. Additionally, you will develop proficiency in one or more products/projects, independently test and troubleshoot online product features and functionalities, and conduct testing for content, functionality, accessibility, and usability of assigned products. Your testing activities will adhere to established procedures and written test plans provided by Subject Matter Experts. You will contribute to assessing the readiness of products for release, communicate any errors encountered, and provide recommendations for improvement.
This position requires 0 to 1 year of experience.
