Software Developer
The role of a Software Developer involves programming and configuring software to align with the requirements of the business. This position works under careful supervision to assist in the identification and analysis of software needs within the business context. Basic code is composed to enhance the performance and efficiency of the organization’s information technology (IT) platform and infrastructure, followed by rigorous testing to verify the proper functionality of the programs.
Principal Responsibilities and Tasks
Drafts business prerequisites and technical specification documents aiming to architect and actualize technical remedies that fulfill the demands of the financial industry.
Collaborates with IT counterparts and business associates to formulate, develop, and resolve end-to-end technical remedies.
Engages in rudimentary coding based on provided technical specifications.
Ensures that coding components adhere to corporate standards and the specifications outlined in approved testing blueprints.
Identifies and proposes rectifications for noted flaws.
Generates runtime profiles to identify potential debugging errors.
Elevates concerns as appropriate to higher-ranking team members.
Seeks guidance from senior management concerning intricate software scenarios and other challenges necessitating a deeper comprehension of information technology (IT).
