Job Description
The job entails meeting sales targets through personal selling and driving the distribution system, while overseeing the distributor system in terms of both front-end and back-end infrastructure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and utilizing MIS reports to identify gaps and opportunities to improve execution and performance in the assigned geography.
Furthermore, they will be expected to negotiate with distributors and develop their people’s skills in managing customers to obtain more business.
The candidate will cultivate and leverage relationships with trade to strengthen market position, and use this to generate market feedback and reports to the branch office.
Additionally, they will be responsible for analyzing ways to improve the competitive position in the market through enhanced customer service.
Finally, the successful candidate will monitor the distributor and distributor’s sales team’s performance systematically and take corrective action in the event of infrastructure gaps.
Job Requirements
Skills and requirements for this position include a minimum full-time graduation, at least two years of experience in channel sales, proficiency in ROI calculations and RS distribution management, familiarity with RS appointment and sales planning, the ability to conduct promotional activities and execution, proficiency in MS-Office particularly Excel, and decent communication skills in English and the local language.
