Job Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a proficient IT Support Analyst to join our remote helpdesk team, catering to the technical needs of all Unity employees. As the primary point of contact, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of Unity’s technology systems.
In a dynamic, round-the-clock setting, your responsibilities will involve diagnosing and rectifying software and hardware issues, extending technical assistance, collaborating with the IT team on novel tech solutions and system maintenance, and identifying areas for enhancement.
Your adept communication skills will be crucial, as you’ll need to articulate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders. The fundamental aim of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service promptly.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via our ticketing system, delivering timely, accurate, and courteous responses. Prioritize and troubleshoot requests; if unable to resolve, allocate them to the relevant team. Spot opportunities for automation. Offer technical support by researching and addressing user queries. Augment the IT Knowledge Base by creating and maintaining documentation.
Qualifications
Exceptional customer service abilities. An IT-related degree or pertinent professional experience. Proficiency with macOS and Windows systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Adaptable to change, delays, and unforeseen circumstances.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
Sound understanding of networking and experience in network troubleshooting. Experience in SaaS administration. Proficiency in Linux. Please note that relocation support and work visa/immigration sponsorship are not available for this position.
