Location: Bangalore (In-person interview required)

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the technical design process based on business needs and use cases.
- Conduct proof-of-concept implementations and evaluate new technologies and solutions.
- Assist in creating detailed technical and use case documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Evaluate existing architecture and recommend improvements to enhance performance, value, and quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Java EE, .NET/C#, or Python for application development.
- Strong foundation in object-oriented design, familiar with SOLID principles and design patterns.
- Exposure to test-driven development practices.
- Proactive, creative problem-solving abilities and a sense of urgency in delivering solutions.
- User-centric mindset focused on improving customer experience.
- Collaborative experience with analysts, QA teams, and solution architects.
- Ability to estimate effort for enhancements or new development projects.
- Excellent communication skills—able to present ideas and write clearly to influence decisions.
- Skilled at handling multiple assignments while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Understanding of business process documentation and aligning solutions with business goals.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments and making informed decisions under uncertainty.
- Experience navigating complex, regulated organizational structures.
- Familiarity with working across different geographies and cultures is a plus.
