Job Description
Walmart is currently seeking candidates for the position of Technology Services Engineer I – SAP System Monitoring.
Intern Responsibilities:
- Assume the role of a Production System Monitoring Engineer for SAP systems.
- Monitor the health and functionality of multiple SAP systems and promptly raise alarms in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Generate reports to facilitate informed decision-making within the organization.
- Manage and track incidents, providing essential information until resolution.
- Ensure adherence to the service level agreements (SLAs) defined within the support framework.
- Collaborate closely with a team of system monitoring associates, as well as L3/L4 support consultants, contributing to the seamless operation of production.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts as required to support international markets.
Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of professional experience. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2-3 months of practical SAP training or hands-on experience.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of fundamental SAP concepts.
- Effective communication skills.
