Job Description – Wipro Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP)
Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is a distinctive initiative designed for BCA and B.Sc graduates. It provides an excellent opportunity to begin a professional journey with Wipro while simultaneously pursuing an M.Tech degree from a reputed Indian institution, fully funded by the company.
Eligibility Criteria
- Academic Qualifications:
- 10th & 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or a CGPA of 6.0 and above, as per university norms
- Year of Passing: 2024 or 2025
- Eligible Degrees:
- BCA
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, or Physics
Additional Requirements
- Distance or open schooling is acceptable for 10th and 12th grades only
- A maximum of one backlog is permitted during the online assessment; all subjects must be cleared before the final semester ends
- Candidates must have studied Core Mathematics at the undergraduate level (Business and Applied Maths are not considered)
- Up to 3 years of academic gap is acceptable between 10th and graduation; no gap allowed during graduation, which must be completed in 3 years
- Applicants must be Indian citizens or hold a PIO/OCI card if they possess foreign citizenship. Bhutan and Nepal citizens must provide proof of nationality
- A cooling-off period of 3 months is required before reapplying
- Minimum age at registration should be 18 years
Selection Process
- Round 1: Online Assessment (80 minutes total)
- Verbal Ability – 20 questions in 20 minutes
- Analytical Skills – 20 questions in 20 minutes
- Quantitative Aptitude – 20 questions in 20 minutes
- Written Communication Test – 20 minutes
- Round 2: Voice-based Communication Assessment
- Round 3: Business Discussion
Service Agreement
Candidates selected under this program are required to commit to a service period of 60 months. If the candidate chooses to leave the organization before completing this term, a proportionate amount of the joining bonus must be repaid.
