Additional Requirements:
- A maximum of 3 years of academic gap is permitted from 10th grade to start of Diploma.
- Diploma must be pursued full-time. Distance, part-time, or correspondence courses are not valid.
- Core Mathematics must be part of the Diploma curriculum. Subjects like Business Maths and Applied Maths are not accepted as core mathematics.
- Open schooling or distance education is acceptable for 10th and/or 12th.
- Only one backlog is allowed at the time of the selection process, and it must be cleared by the end of the 6th semester.
- Applicants must be Indian citizens or possess a PIO/OCI card if holding a foreign passport.
- Bhutan and Nepal citizens must provide a valid citizenship certificate.
- Candidates who have taken part in any Wipro selection process within the last 3 months are not eligible.
- Minimum age required at the time of onboarding is 18 years.
Selection Process
Stage 1 – Online Assessment (80 minutes total):
- Verbal Ability – 20 questions | 20 minutes
- Analytical Reasoning – 20 questions | 20 minutes
- Quantitative Aptitude – 20 questions | 20 minutes
- Written Communication Test – 20 minutes
Stage 2 – Voice Evaluation
Stage 3 – Business Discussion
Stage 4 – Pre-Skilling Program
Service Agreement
Candidates are required to sign a 48-month service agreement. In case of early exit, a proportional amount of the joining bonus must be repaid based on the duration of service completed.
