Job Description
The Associate holds the responsibility for processing low-complexity transactions with precision and efficiency, adhering to client-specific standard operating procedures. Their role primarily involves executing rule-based tasks and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and managers to identify areas for improvement. This role may span across various client teams.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire in-depth process knowledge from SMEs, both internal and client-facing, and achieve process certification.
- Actively participate in and successfully complete role-related training programs.
- Effectively manage assigned tasks and process transactions of low complexity.
- Maintain consistent productivity and accuracy in alignment with team requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery in accordance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual commitments.
- Provide prompt responses to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Adhere to Data Privacy and Code of Conduct standards.
- Comply with Time Recording guidelines.
- Follow floor policies, team schedules, and leave plans.
