We require individuals with the following qualifications and skills:
- Proficient communication abilities
- Adept at empathizing, calming, and effectively managing upset customers
- Solid technical proficiency in troubleshooting various Base Operating System problems, with a strong enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge about emerging technologies
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues related to Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, Security Applications, etc., utilizing remote support methods
- Promptly answer incoming calls and address customer emails
- Effectively handle and resolve customer grievances
- Recognize situations where escalation to supervisors is warranted
- Offer comprehensive product and service details to customers
- Conduct thorough research using available resources to deliver appropriate solutions to customer queries
- Identify, analyze, and resolve customer complaints, employing relevant software tools
- Direct calls and tickets to relevant departments or domains to ensure optimal user support
- Record all call information following established standard operating procedures
- Identify, document, and communicate customer call trends to the management team
- Formulate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new issues and their resolutions
- Maintain accurate call logs and generate reports as necessary
