Job Description
Use monitoring tools to oversee application performance, detect potential problems, and communicate proactively to address them. Develop clean, reusable, and efficient code while meeting project requirements and delivering quality solutions. Troubleshoot and fix issues through thorough testing and debugging. Manage and prioritize support requests, ensuring resolution within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base materials. Explore and implement automation improvements for monitoring and support processes. Support the deployment and configuration of new applications or updates.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Familiarity with machine learning principles, algorithms, and frameworks. Strong proficiency in Python programming, along with hands-on experience in scripting.
