Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify gaps in product usage and offer actionable solutions to customers.
- Re-onboard and provide re-training for clients on the platform to help them extract more value. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including IT, Infosec, Branding, etc., to ensure successful platform implementation.
- Cultivate value-based relationships with customers and nurture Xoxoday champions.
- Conduct Strategic Business Reviews (EBRs and QBRs) to comprehend customer lifecycle milestones, articulate the product’s value, and demonstrate ROI.
- Facilitate desired customer outcomes through a consultative approach.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in collaboration with the Account Managers.
- Effectively project manage the entire client relationship, acting as the voice of the customer within Xoxoday, and maintaining timely communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate and brainstorm with the product team to incorporate customer feedback into refining the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute customer surveys, case studies, etc.
- Streamline existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives.
- Foster customer advocacy through reviews, testimonials, and customer meetups, creating a center of excellence within the customer’s organization.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in learning and organizing tasks using various project management tools like JIRA, Notion, Gitbook, Docs, Excel, Hubspot, etc.
- Fundamental understanding of Enterprise IT systems, integration terminology, firewall, infosec, and privacy policies.
- Willingness to adapt to different time zones as per business requirements.
- Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with Global Customers.
- Demonstrate an exceptional ability to communicate and cultivate positive business relationships.
- Display a deep understanding of customer concerns and perspectives regarding product usage.
- Prior experience in managing customers across diverse segments and the ability to tailor management approaches accordingly.
- Possess a genuine passion for customer satisfaction and success.
