Job Description – Trainee Consultant – ABAP
We are seeking to hire ABAP Object Oriented Professionals in the following areas:
Experience: 0-1 Years
Responsibilities:
- Act as an individual contributor with a significant degree of accountability, requiring minimal assistance.
- Conduct unit testing to ensure the accuracy of developed solutions.
- Implement developments/requirements according to provided technical specifications.
- Adhere strictly to all coding standards and performance metrics as outlined by the customer/organization.
- Participate in designated trainings and actively pursue self-improvement and professional development.
Required Technical Competencies:
Projects Documentation:
- Possesses fundamental knowledge of project documentation such as Business Blueprint (BBP), Solution Design, Functional Specifications (FS), Test Scripts, and Timesheets.
- Capable of constructing necessary project documentation.
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Familiarity with basic management processes, tools, requirement analysis processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Able to extract both functional and non-functional requirements and document system/software specifications for scenarios of low to medium complexity.
Customer Management:
- Possesses foundational knowledge of customers’ business domains and technology suites.
- Able to utilize the latest technology and address customer escalations effectively.
Test Management:
- Proficient in conducting unit testing and comparative testing for rehosting, and reporting testing status.
- Documenting identified defects, performing defect fixes, executing automation test scripts/manual test cases as per the test plan, and recording findings.
- Identifying and reporting defects/deviations from expected results.
