The Position:
At Zeta, design and user experience (UX) play a crucial role in shaping every product we create. As a UX Designer I, your mission is to deliver seamless, intuitive, and visually appealing experiences that resonate with users. Your role will involve turning complex challenges into user-friendly designs, whether for newcomers or seasoned professionals. Collaborating closely with Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers, you’ll work through all phases of the design process—from mapping out user journeys and wireframes to creating mockups and prototypes. Throughout, your focus will be on understanding user needs, advocating for them, and delivering solutions that not only address their concerns but also leave a lasting positive impression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior designers in developing top-tier interaction designs from concept to final product delivery.
- Craft elegant, intuitive solutions to intricate design challenges, combining brand elements such as visuals, motion, and sound to enhance user engagement.
- Evaluate design ideas using user research and user-centered goals.
- Create design visuals like storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and other tools to communicate the best possible user experience.

Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in interaction design.
- Background in user interface design, data visualization, and prototyping.
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools like Sketch/XD), with additional experience in tools such as Principle, Framer, Webflow, or Adobe Suite being a plus.
- Strong ability to foresee and account for user scenarios, including common paths and edge cases, and integrate these into the design.
- Solid understanding of information design and user psychology.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for sharing design concepts.
- Experience with prototyping or basic front-end development is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Visual Design and UX copywriting.
- Ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams and problem-solve in a fast-evolving environment.
