Job Responsibilities
We’re currently seeking Technical Support Engineers to join our team. Below is a brief overview of the job responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with prospects, customers, and partners via voice, email, and chat support channels.
- Gain a thorough understanding of prospect requirements and align them with the capabilities of our products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Analyze user needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, assist with implementation, and provide training as needed.
- This position is based in Chennai.
Please note the following:
- Candidates must be open to working night shifts and rotational shifts, with rotational leaves.
- Graduates who are graduating in 2024 are not eligible to apply.
