Zycus is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team as full-time interns for a period of six months. Exceptional performance and business needs may lead to a full-time role at the end of the internship.

What You Will Gain

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and screen potential candidates through platforms such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Conduct market research to understand talent trends.
  • Assist with employer branding efforts through recruitment events and social media campaigns.
  • Facilitate onboarding and manage pre-employment documentation.
  • Reach out to candidates and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in BE/BBA/BSc/B.Tech, preferably with an MBA in HR.
  • Creative thinker with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks independently from start to finish.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with various candidate evaluation methods, including group interviews.
  • A team player with an eye for detail, capable of guiding others in creating accurate and impactful communication.
  • Able to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
