Job Description
Zycus is seeking BE/MBA graduates for the position of Product Technical Analyst. In this capacity, you will become an integral part of our global team, collaborating with customers worldwide to support our AI-driven procurement solution. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a subject matter expert on Zycus Procurement Performance and Spend Analytics application.
This opportunity is exclusively available to candidates residing in Mumbai.
As a Product Technical Analyst at Zycus, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a Product Technical Analyst for Zycus Procurement Applications (Source to Pay)
- Managing all aspects of the Zycus Support Desk, serving as the initial point of contact for customer queries/issues related to Zycus products through email, chat, and call mediums
- Collaborating with the Technical Account Management Team to ensure timely deliverables, enhance efficiency, and resolve customer issues by coordinating with various teams from both Zycus and the customer side
- Participating in and contributing to best practices, knowledge sharing, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and streamline processes
- Working with customers and internal stakeholders to facilitate testing, including User Acceptance Testing
- Evaluating and suggesting innovative solutions and workarounds for customer requirements
- Efficiently working on Zycus product configuration, Incident Management Tools, MS-Excel, etc.
- Providing a strong technical understanding of Zycus products, demonstrating how the solution can be configured to meet customer business needs.
Job Requirements:
- Education: MBA/Engineering Graduate (B.E./B.Tech) in Chemical/Mechanical/Electronics/IT/Computer Science
- Experience Level: 0-1 years
- Location: Mumbai
- Salary Range: INR 4,50,000 to INR 5,00,000
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work in 24 X 7 shifts
- Flexible, enthusiastic approach to work, including a strong desire to learn new tools and techniques to solve business problems
- Ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
