Description:

As a Technical Specialist, your role is to assist both new and existing customers, fostering strong and positive relationships with Apple. When a customer requires support, you promptly evaluate their situation. Depending on the circumstances, you may offer immediate advice or solutions, utilizing your expertise in current Apple technology for iPod, iPhone, and iPad devices. In other cases, you may direct customers to support team members who can address their needs and get them back up and running. Additionally, you provide personal training to new customers, equipping them with the fundamental skills for photo, video, and music projects.
