Job Description Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Process Improvement Analyst. In this role, your main responsibility will be to conduct a thorough analysis of our existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify potential bottlenecks. You will then develop and implement strategies to drive digitization, automation, and process improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency. As part of your responsibilities, you will engage with senior stakeholders to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and review possible mitigations, providing regular updates on the progress of projects. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented solutions will be crucial, and you’ll be expected to make recommendations for further improvements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against set goals. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digitization and process improvement will be essential to excel in this role.

Required Educational Qualification & Skills

To be eligible for this position, you must hold a B-Tech degree in any stream from a reputable Tier 1 college. Additionally, you should have proven experience or a demonstrated interest in digitization, automation, and process improvement. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma will be advantageous. Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex processes and data are crucial for success in this role. Proficiency in project management tools and software is a must. Excellent communication and presentation skills are vital, as you will be required to effectively communicate with senior stakeholders. Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically will be highly valued. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can work independently as well as in a team environment. Adaptability and a willingness to learn and embrace new technologies and methodologies are qualities we highly appreciate.
