Main Accountabilities:

• Provide support to the SQO P&A Specialist in evaluating business performance and major digital transformation initiatives.
• Gain a thorough understanding of SQO function processes and goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of business processes and applications.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Assist the P&A specialist in daily activities related to developing business reports, conducting analysis, and resolving user stories.
• Attend council meetings to comprehend stakeholder expectations and establish strong working relationships.
• Aid the Specialist in ensuring accurate and timely monthly SQO reporting activities.
• Participate actively in trainings, workshops, and meetings.
