Job Description


Responsibilities

The individual in this role is responsible for maintaining day-to-day quality assurance tasks across a variety of content types. They effectively communicate compliance issues with the Ads Editorial team and work towards resolving them based on the editorial strategy. They tactically uphold the required quality threshold for each work cycle. Additionally, they actively participate in Ad break quality strategy meetings, assisting in data collection for ad-related projects and similar tasks. They collaborate with the EI externalization lead and Partner Ops POC to ensure vendor performance aligns with established metrics. They also contribute to quarterly Q&A learning sessions with vendors and internal personnel. Furthermore, they provide support in testing new features or tools related to the Ads quality control strategy, while delivering timely feedback to vendors based on quality considerations. Finally, they undertake any extra duties or special projects as requested.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses proven abilities in quality control or quality assurance, including experience with quality standards and metrics. They demonstrate strong attention to detail and a consistent ability to accurately follow instructions and guidelines. They possess the capacity to plan, organize, and prioritize workloads, adapting to changing business demands and workflows effectively. They excel in a fast-paced environment, showcasing exceptional collaboration and problem-solving skills, along with experience in multitasking. Familiarity with large data catalogs in deadline-driven environments and proficiency in project tracking tools like Excel and Airtable are advantageous. Experience in an entertainment/media production environment, particularly in metadata, TV, or film, is also a valuable addition.
